At this time, you need to check the weighing tray (that is, the middle section of the weighing machine), check whether the gasket of the device sensor is installed, and where it is installed!

The following are common problems that the weighing machine cannot weigh.

Steps of self-check:

1. Disassemble the weighing tray

2, unscrew the protective screw of the sensor

3. Check if the gasket is installed

4. Check whether the gasket is aligned with the corresponding hole

 5. After the gasket is installed, restore the tray. If the weighing is abnormal after a while, you need to return to the operation interface to reset the technical parameters.

 6. If you still cannot weigh after setting the parameters, you need to call the weighing machine supplier.

Note: This usually happens when the weighing machine has just entered the factory and has not been installed correctly.
