The upstream product enters the metering conveyor neatly and equally spaced through the introduction conveyor, and when it passes through the photoelectric sensor located at the front end of the metering conveyor, the weight detector starts to measure the product. During the process of the product passing through the weighing conveyor, the weighing unit (weight sensor) completes the weighing operation of the product and displays the data to the operation unit. The computer automatically compares the displayed measurement data with the pre-set standard weight value, upper and lower limit values, and identifies and sorts genuine, overweight and underweight products. The entire process does not interrupt the normal work of the product line and requires no manual intervention.

When the package moves from point A to point B, the weight on the weighing platform reaches the weight trigger point. After the set invalid AD number, the meter performs digital filtering on the collected valid AD number. When the value is fixed, average it again to calculate the weight of the detected object. The instrument compares this weight with the set standard value to determine which zone the detected object belongs to and whether to reject it. When the detected object leaves the weighing platform, the automatic zero tracking starts to work until the next piece enters the weighing platform.
