Pomfret sorting machine: automatic weighing, multi-level sorting, stable, reliable, and high-precision

The pomfret sorting machine can perform online dynamic weighing detection. After the product weight is automatically weighed, it is automatically sorted to the corresponding level according to the product weight range.

Technical principle of Pomfret sorter:

Products from the previous production line enter the equipment speed-up unit;

After correcting and speeding up, the product enters the weighing unit neatly and equidistantly, and when it passes the photoelectric switch at the front end of the weighing unit, the equipment starts to weigh the product automatically;

At the same time, the equipment is compared with each pre-set weight range and automatically sorted into the corresponding weight range grade.
